A Short Backstory
I come from Tamil Nadu, India, where traditions often carry meaning beyond their form. One of my earliest memories is watching my mom draw a kolam outside our home every morning. Each day brought a new pattern, crafted with remarkable precision, patience, and care.
What stayed with me wasn't just the artistry—it was the intention behind it. Before anyone stepped inside, the kolam created a sense of welcome. It transformed an ordinary moment into an experience.
That idea continues to shape my work today. From architecture and interior design to product and brand design, I've remained fascinated by how thoughtful design influences the way people feel, connect, and remember.
